Mr H first called The Plumbing Group Ltd when he discovered he was having issues with his PulsaCoil 3. He found that it was not producing hot water as it should be. An engineer headed out to the property at the earliest available appointment to take a look at the boiler. Luckily, we were able to offer Mr H an appointment for that same day, for which he was most grateful. Once he had arrived, he carried out a full inspection on the boiler to find the problem. It was quickly found that the relay and base had failed.
In order to fix this, these both had to be replaced as well as the Printed Circuit Board (PCB). All of our engineers carry any spares or parts they may need with them on their vehicles. This meant that the engineer was able to complete the repair then and there. It wasn’t a prolonged process for the customer. Once this was finished the engineer carried out a final round of checks to ensure there were no more issues with the boiler.
The repair was carried out on the same visit in under an hour. Mr H was then able to use the on peak boost to get hot water two hours later.
Mr H was extremely happy to have water again. He had been without hot water for nearly three weeks after a number of other plumbers/electricians had tried, and failed, to repair the boiler. Mr H was very happy with the quick and said “I wish I had called The Plumbing Group sooner!”
