Mr X called The Plumbing Group Ltd when he began to have some issues with his PulsaCoil 3 boiler. He found it was no longer providing sufficient hot water and therefore required an engineer to take a look at it. One of our engineers headed out to the flat and carried out a number of tests on the boiler. He found that the relay and base had failed which would explain the lack of hot water.
In order to fix this, the engineer had remove the old relay and base and replace them with new ones. The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) was also replaced. All of our engineers carry any spares and parts that they may need with them on their vehicles. This means that he was able to complete the repair job then and there. As a result the process was not prolonged for the customer.
The repair was carried out on the same visit in under an hour. Mr X was then able to use the on peak boost to get hot water two hours later.
Mr X was extremely pleased to have his boiler up and running again. He decided that although it was working he wanted to upgrade to a new Fabdec ThermaCoil. He placed his order with us two weeks later.
