Mrs D contacted The Plumbing Group Limited when she began having trouble with her PulsaCoil A-Class. She called our office and asked for the help of an engineer. As she had called before 10AM, we were able to get out to her that same day. Our engineer headed out to the property to examine the boiler. After a thorough check, it was found that the off peak switch had burnt out and failed. As a result, the unit was not able to heat up as it should.
In order to fix this, the engineer replaced the faulty switch with a new 20 Amp rated switch. This switch meant it was then able to cope with the 3000W load from the immersion.
The engineer managed to complete the repair within the hour. Mrs D was extremely happy for her tenants was to have hot water the following morning.
