Mr S called The Plumbing Group Limited when he found that his PulsaCoil A-Class was no longer heating up. An engineer was sent out to the property to investigate at the earliest available time. Once he had done a full inspection of the boiler, he found that the cylinder was split and therefore leaking. When this is the case the unit is deemed beyond economical repair and has to be replaced. Our engineer was able to perform a temporary repair for Mr S to give him hot water until his replacement arrived.
Mr S opted for a ThermaCoil replacement option over the new PulsaCoil PCS. The Thermacoil is a far less complicated system. Within a PulsaCoil you will see many parts. This includes a Printed Circuit Board, Pump, Sensors and Relays. The ThermaCoil however, runs off of a single mechanical blending valve. For the user of the system it is no different but for long term maintenance it is much simpler.
The installation was carried out in under four hours and the old unit was removed and ethically disposed of.
