Mr H first contacted The Plumbing Group Limited as his PulsaCoil 3 was not heating up properly. It seemed it would not heat during off peak hours (over night). An engineer headed out to the property as soon as possible to find out why this was. On arrival our engineer carried out a full diagnosis of the PulsaCoil 3. By carrying out a resistance test, he found that the off peak immersion had failed.
Our engineers carry all spares and parts they may need in stock on their vehicles. Our engineer drained down the PulsaCoil 3 in order to replace the off peak immersion and thermostat. He then refilled the system. The repair was carried out on the same visit in under three hours. Mr H was then able to use the on peak boost to get hot water two hours later.
Mr H was extremely happy as he expected that he would have to replace the boiler. He was especially grateful due to the fact he had already had many different plumbers and electricians out to try and fix his boiler. All of whom were unable to do so.
