Mr B called The Plumbing Group Limited when he began having issues with his PulsaCoil 3. An engineer was sent out to the property to find out what the problem was. It was quickly discovered that the cylinder was split and leaking and therefore beyond economical repair. When this is the case the unit has to be replaced rather than repaired. Luckily, the engineer was able to do a temporary fix on the current boiler until the new one could be installed.
Mr B decided to replace his boiler with a Fabdec ThermaCoil as opposed to a PulsaCoil PCS. The ThermaCoil is the option we would recommend going for. This is because it is a far less complicated system. The PulsaCoil has many different parts to it, such as a Printed Circuit Board, a Pump, Sensors and Relays. The ThermaCoil however has replaced all of this with a single mechanical blending valve. For the user of the system it may not seem like it makes much difference. In terms of maintaining the boiler in the long run though, it is a lot easier and less complicated.
The installation was complete in under four hours and Mrs S was shown how to maintain and operate her new unit.
