Miss S called The Pluming Group Limited when she realised that she was having trouble with her PulsaCoil 3. She was no longer getting any hot water. An engineer headed out to the property at the earliest available appointment. Once he had arrived, he carried out a full inspection on the boiler to find out what the issues was. He found that the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) has failed and was therefore the reason for the lack of water.
In order to fix this, the engineer had to remove the faulty PCB and replace it with a new one. All of our engineers carry all spares and parts they may need with them on their vehicles. As a result this meant that the repair was able to be done on the same visit. The engineer was able to get the job done within an hour. Miss S was then able to use the on peak boost to get hot water two hours later.
Miss S had had many different plumbers and electricians out to her property, all of which carried out a number of tests and replaced a range of parts yet still couldn’t repair her boiler. As a result, Miss S was extremely grateful to finally have a working boiler again.
