Mr S contacted The Plumbing Group Limited when one of his tenants informed him that he was having trouble with his PulsaCoil. He was no longer getting any hot water. Our engineer headed out to the property to find out what the problem was. On arrival our engineer found that the unit was not heating up. After further investigation our engineer found that the off peak relay had failed. This meant it was not sending any power to the off peak immersion to heat up. Our engineer called Mr S to explain the issue to him. He informed him of what needed to be done in order to get the unit working. Our engineer also tested all over parts on the PulsaCoil A-Class to check that they function correctly.
