Mr L contacted The Plumbing Group Limited when a tenant informed him that their PulsaCoil A-Class was not working. Our engineer headed out to the property to take a look at the boiler. After a full inspection, then engineer found that the unit was not heating up. On further investigation our engineer found that the reason for this was that the relays had failed. As a result of this, no power was being sent to the immersions.
In order to fix this issue, the engineer had to remove the relays and replace them with new ones. He made sure to explain all of this to Mr L and the tenant so they were aware. Once this had been completed, the engineer then checked over the unit to ensure it was working correctly. Our engineer also showed the tenants how the unit functions and simple maintenance checks that they can do themselves. For example, checking the water level inside the header tank is where it should be.
The repair was carried out within 1 hour and Mr L was extremely happy that his tenants have hot water later on that evening.
