Alexandra Road, TW3 1LX, PulsaCoil A Class Repair Case Study
Mr H first contacted The Plumbing Group Limited when he realised he was having problems with his PulsaCoil A-Class. An engineer headed out to the property as soon as possible to check over the boiler. Upon arrival he completed a range of tests to find the source of the problem. It was found that the overheat sensor had failed and as a result, was not allowing the unit to heat up.
In order to fix this, the overheat sensor was replaced with a new one. The engineer made sure to explain the process to Mr H as he went along. He then carried out another round of tests to make sure there were no further issues.
The repair was carried out efficiently and the PulsaCoil A Class was fixed within 1 hour. Mr H was extremely happy to have hot water again later on that evening.
